Proust's answers to the questionnaire that bears his name at two periods in his life, one question every two pages, blank lines to answer them, a third set of questions and answers dating from June 25, 1887 at the end of the notebook.

Tintoretto paper cover 200 g/m² specially made by Fedrigoni, square spine glued binding sewn with white thread. "White" cover with flaps, red printing on the back. Schleipen Fly 90 g/m² inner paper.
